A little about me

Hi everyone, my name's Annette and I'm located on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. I am practiced and qualified in various modalities including somatic yoga and movement, trauma release exercises, yoga including restorative and hot stone restorative yoga, mindfulness and meditation specialising in Yoga Nidra, and primal scream therapy. 


I am also a Reiki healer and specialise in Energy Clearing and Dowsing for all beings, homes and businesses. 

  

I am extremely passionate about helping women release trauma and stagnant emotions and energies from their bodies in helping them to heal and live with peace, passion, and purpose in reconnecting with their true essence. When our bodies are in alignment, we feel secure and empowered to make the changes we need, in creating the lives we desire.

  These 2-hour workshops are a safe and supportive space where women are held and can come together and simply be with whatever emotions arise. Releasing trapped emotions supports your body’s natural ability to heal, allowing you to feel safe and secure in creating connection with self. The practice includes gentle Somatic Yoga and movement, primal scream therapy, sound healing, and a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you back to a sense of peace and tranquility within. This practice will also include tools and takeaways for use in supporting you in your daily life.
